Entering 2024, we continue to move towards embracing more farmers into PROJECT TREE. We engaged 1,133 Smallholders (Male 920, Female 213) in the first quarter. As of 31 March 2023, total 9,054 smallholders participated and assessed in PROJECT TREE (7,484 Male, 1,570 Female).

Since 2022, PROJECT TREE has improved its traceability app to track rubber sources up to point of origin, digitalized smallholder’s plantation map in polygon. Now, nearly 3,000 smallholders have been registered in PROJECT TREE traceability system.

PROJECT TREE value chain aims for smallholder’s smile like Mr. Ahmad, one Smallholder in Desa Damai Makmur, Rimbo Ulu Subdistrict, Tebo, Jambi who participated in PROJECT TREE traceability system. PROJECT TREE incentive encourages him and his farmer group members to produce sustainable natural rubber. He believes PROJECT TREE can boost local smallholder’s confidence on every drip of natural rubber they produced.
