PROJECT TREE Sustainability Activity Quarterly Report (Jan – Mar 2026)
Project TREE continued working with smallholders across the project areas in the 1st quarter of 2026, maintaining engagement with 28,135 smallholders, including 5,108 women. At the same time, 13,757 registered smallholders remained connected through the TRACY platforms, supporting better traceability and more transparent supply chain monitoring. This also contributes to sustainability efforts, including reducing deforestation risks in natural rubber sourcing.
Stories from the field reflect this growing trust and collaboration: “Thank you Project TREE for the support, attention, and incentives provided to rubber farmers. We feel encouraged and more motivated. With this support, we hope rubber farmers can remain strong, sustain their plantations, and stay confident in rubber as a commodity. We also hope the incentives can increase again in the future.” — Suprabowo, Rantau Rasau, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi
