PROJECT TREE 5th Joint Pool Account (Cut-off March 2024)
A total of 461 smartphones were distributed to 461 smallholders under 8 Collectors. Smartphones are expected to accelerate smallholder’s account completion in PROJECT TREE traceability system, especially for polygon registration.

PROJECT TREE Sustainability Activity Quarterly Report (April - June 2024)
Community empowerment is our key to scale up smallholder participation in PROJECT TREE. During the second quarter in 2024, we engaged 1663 Smallholders (Male 1248, Female 415). As of 30 June 2024, total 10,717 smallholders participated in the project (8,732 Male and 1,985 Female).

Entering 2024, we continue to move towards embracing more farmers into PROJECT TREE. We engaged 1,133 Smallholders (Male 920, Female 213) in the first quarter. As of 31 March 2023, total 9,054 smallholders participated and assessed in PROJECT TREE (7,484 Male, 1,570 Female).

PROJECT TREE 4th JPA Distribution (Cut-off September 2023)
In December 2023, PROJECT TREE distributed 207 units of smartphones to 207 smallholders under 4 Collectors and 82.000 sets of tapping equipment to Industrial suppliers from Joint-Pool Account (JPA) as of September cut-off.

We grasp 4th quarter of 2023 with engagement to 1,038 Smallholders (Male 834, Female 204). As of 31 December 2023, total 7,921 smallholders participated in PROJECT TREE (6,566 Male, 1,355 Female).

In June 2023, the 3rd JPA successfully distributed 130 Android Smartphones to 130 Smallholders and 109 boxes of formic acid to 7 Collectors under PT.

During the third quarter of 2023, PROJECT TREE has attracted 928 smallholders (Male 745, Female 183). So far, a total of 6,883 smallholders have joined PROJECT TREE (5,732 Male, 1,151 Female).

During April to June 2023, PROJECT TREE teams have engaged 855 smallholders in PROJECT TREE fieldwork (Male 726, Female 129). Total of 5,829 smallholders have participated in PROJECT TREE as of the end of June 2023 (Male 4,989, Female 840) in 3 Provinces in southern Sumatera.

In the first quarter of 2023 (January-March), 983 smallholders participated in PROJECT TREE training program (Male 784, Female 199). Up to March 2023, a total of 5,100 smallholders have participated in PROJECT TREE programs from 111 villages in southern Sumatra (Male 4,260, Female 840) since PROJECT TREE was started.
