PROJECT TREE 4^th JPA Distribution (Cut-off September 2023)

In December 2023, PROJECT TREE distributed 207 units of smartphones to 207 smallholders under 4 Collectors and 82.000 sets of tapping equipment to Industrial suppliers from Joint-Pool Account (JPA) as of September cut-off. JPA is one channel to reach smallholders in traceability system when they do not have a smartphone or bank account. The smallholders will further complete their registration process under PROJECT TREE traceability system including due diligence (survey) and polygon. The provision of 82.000 sets tapping equipment for industrial supplier is expected to support their new harvesting area covering up to 164Ha.
