PROJECT TREE 6th Joint-Pool Account

Report

This quarter marked the rollout of the JPA program for 54 rubber collectors across Jambi, South Sumatra, and Lampung. With strong participation from smallholders, the program remains active. To support on-farm productivity and safety, we distributed essential tools and materials, including tapping knives, rubber collection boxes, coagulants, and safety boots. Recognizing the importance of digital traceability, we also provided mobile phones to farmers who previously lacked access, enabling them to participate in QR-based transaction.

The response from the field has been positive. Mr. Tri Bayu from UPPB Tani Mandiri in Bumi Kencana Village, Musi Banyuasin, expressed appreciation for the new rubber boxes, noting they replaced his damaged ones. Similarly, Mr. Zulkifli from Semabu Village, Tebo Regency, shared that the safety boots are now part of daily use, offering much-needed protection for farmers who lacked proper footwear.
