PROJECT TREE Sustainability Activity Quarterly Report (July – September 2025)
During the 3rd quarter, 135 new smallholders joined the project, including 54 females, bringing total participation to 28,135 farmers, with 5,106 females participated. Beyond the numbers, PROJECT TREE’s continued presence in the field fosters trust and motivation—encouraging smallholders to adopt improved practices and stay committed to sustainable rubber production.
At the same time, Project TREE continued to expand its reach, engaging 13,555 smallholders and assessing 79,504 hectares of rubber farms. These help smallholders being aware of land use and farming practices to strengthen responsible sourcing.
Project TREE not only enhances transparency in transactions but also provides direct incentives that many farmers use to purchase fertilizers and agricultural tools—helping them sustain productivity and better care for their plantations.
Stories from the field reflect this growing trust and collaboration:
“By joining PROJECT TREE, I’ve gained valuable knowledge on how to better manage our plantation. The TRACY system is simple once you get used to it, and the incentives motivate us as farmers to keep improving, as they help us buy fertilizers and tools to support rubber production.”

“As a collector in the village, I feel very supported by the TRACY program because it provides direct incentives for farmers and makes the system more transparent. Some farmers have even started weighing their rubber with me, thanks to this program. The system is easy to use, and we always receive guidance from the PT. PTI team. I hope this program continues to bring long-term benefits for farmers like us. Thank you, PROJECT TREE!”
