PROJECT TREE Sustainability Activity Quarterly Report (October – December 2025)
In the 4th quarter of 2025 Project TREE maintained robust smallholder participation, holding steady with total participation 28,135 smallholders, including 5,108 female participants.
Project TREE continued its efforts to connect smallholders with compliant, sustainable supply chains. By integrating 13,757 registered smallholders into TRACY platforms, Project TREE promoted digital inclusion and enabled the use of trusted supply chain data. These steps support long-term capacity building and deepen smallholders' integration into transparent and sustainable natural rubber markets.
Stories from the field reflect this growing trust and collaboration:
“As a smallholder and collector, I would like to express my appreciation to PT Project Tree Indonesia for providing training for rubber farmers. The training has been very beneficial, especially in learning how to treat tapping panel dryness in rubber trees. We now have a better understanding of how to manage and treat rubber tree diseases.”

“Project TREE team has been very helpful in supporting us throughout the implementation of the TRACY program and in sharing knowledge with farmers. The incentives provided have been very helpful and motivate farmers to maintain rubber quality. We hope Project TREE continues to run smoothly, and that rubber prices and incentives will improve again.”
